From a young age I felt the call to a healing profession. I started undergrad as a pre-med student, but the conventional route never felt entirely right for me. After years of pivoting, my own chronic health issues led me to more holistic approaches that integrated the mind, body and spirit. I studied naturopathic medicine as well as traditional Chinese medicine and also mentored with Emily as a way to stay connected to my intuitive side during that heavy academic time. Little did I know, that connection would encourage beyond what I thought was possible for my work. It truly brings me so much joy to bring the spirit side as an additional perspective to this work, which is now very much a blend of the physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual.
