ABOUT
I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology in 2003 and worked in private practice with individuals of all ages until 2016, shortly after my fourth child was born. At that time, I embarked on my own healing journey studying and experiencing various forms of alternative healing methods and energy work and found great success. I became a Reiki Master and opened One Earth Wellness in 2023. My approach with clients is a mixture of my clinical experience, intuitive abilities, and energy work. I have found this to be a more effective and efficient route to healing and well-being than traditional methods alone. My mission is to support people in connecting to their innate power and ability to create the life they desire.

REIKI ~ an ancient Japanese energy healing method in which I channel healing energy into the client via intention and light touch on and/or off of the body to improve the client's own life force energy ("chi" or "prana") resulting in improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

INTUITIVE GUIDANCE ~ during these sessions I call upon the wisdom of client's higher self and spirit guides as well as my clinical experience and intuitive abilities to bring forth guidance and answers to the client's specific questions and intentions.
