ABOUT
Hi! I am a passionate birth doula and pregnancy coach based in Los Angeles. I believe in women-centered care and birth as a rite of passage.. I am a mother and a wife and am in complete awe of the mystery and beauty of pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood.
SERVICES
My doula service offerings are woven with holistic modalities such as reiki/energy healing, ceremonial breath work, sound healing, aromatherapy and acupressure. As a Certified Hypnotherapist CHt, NLP Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner I also support women on their fertility journey, and work with birth trauma and fears through Hypnotherapy,3 Step Rewind and Birth Story Listening (which can shift awareness at the sub-conscious level almost immediately). I also facilitate ceremonies such as Mother Blessings and Closing of the Bones which are a beautiful way to honor a Mother I am also a prenatal yoga teacher and lactation educator.
