How it works:

This is for those who are leading busy lives, juggling multiple responsibilities, or just in need of a quick energy healing burst. These sessions range anywhere from 30-45 minutes and will leave you feeling cleansed, recharged, held, realigned and deeply alive. Once a session is purchased, Arielle will send an email when the healing starts and another to let you know when she is complete. (If you choose to select the channeling add-on, you will then receive a third email with all of the channeled messages that came through during your session. While she is sending you this healing frequency, it is helpful for you to take consistent deep breaths and find a quiet place for you to relax as best you can during the session. Should you at any point feel tightness or a sensation that feels like constriction of the chest making it difficult to take a nice deep breath, then she asks that you "sip the air" as if you are drinking it up through a straw and for the inhale and shift to a gentle sigh for the exhale. After the session is complete, the healing will continue to integrate throughout the next 24-48 hours following your session so it is advised to drink lots of water, and rest if your body encourages you to do so. Arielle suggests you pay close attention to any shifts (large and small) in your physical, mental, energetic, and emotional body over the next 5-7 days following your session.
