Session Commencement:
A voice note will be sent to you in the app,
indicating the start of the session
Session Summary:
After Arielle is complete with the session, she will send through voice notes via Telegram app letting you know what came through during the session and what she worked on physically, energetically, and emotionally.
Integration Phase:
You will receive an additional 10-15 minute ACHF burst the following day as an integration tune-up along with a final voice note in Telegram of how this tune-up went.
