About amanda
MEDIUM & REIKI MASTER
Amanda is a medium based in Lago Vista, Texas, just outside Austin. She works with people who have lost someone and want to know they're still close. The gift runs in her family. Her great-grandmother Petra was the person who people came to when they were hurting. Amanda found her way back to the family craft through meditation in 2020, when the quiet started to fill with messages from people who had passed. She completed a mediumship apprenticeship in 2026 and continues to study..
Her readings are one-on-one and unhurried, in person by the lake or online. She doesn't promise who will come through, but someone always does, and it's usually the person you needed. You're welcome to bring a photo or something they held. You don't have to. They know how to find you.
Amanda is also a Reiki Master, which she offers for anyone who needs to settle their body before or after a reading, and she hosts small women's circles near Lago Vista built around breathwork, meditation, and sitting with one another. That's where the name comes from. Where Light Gathers is a practice rooted in connection to the light and to what is good, and the circles are the most literal version of that: women, gathering in light.

You don't need to believe anything in particular to book a reading.
If someone brought you here, that's enough to start.
